“www.experientialevents.co.in will accept, for refund, depends on the event policy published on the event website for which the registration/abstract submission is done by the customer.

For a refund, mail out your item within 7-8 days from the receipt of original order.

Please submit your proof of purchase.

Once we receive your email, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your refund request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the details. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your financial issuer’s policies.

The government taxes and convenience fees deducted is non-refundable in all cases.

HOW TO GET REFUND

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must send out the email with proof of purchase with-in 7-8 calendar days of your purchase. The refund policy is to be referred from the event website from which the payment was directed to www.experientialevents.co.in website.

After we receive your request, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund as per policy. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 7-10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
